摘要
在城镇水资源日益匮乏,环保日益严格的形势下,印染废水的深度处理和资源化利用越来越引起人们的重视。针对印染废水存在色度高、水质组分复杂和可生化性差等问题,为优化印染废水的深度处理工艺,提高印染废水的处理效率,列举了传统深度处理法与膜技术对印染废水处理等方法。传统的混凝-絮凝、高级氧化法(AOPs)和吸附等深度处理方法对难降解有机物的脱盐和完全矿化存在效果不佳的问题。纺织废水的可生化性较差,生化处理存在去除效果不好的问题。纳滤和反渗透技术(RO)因为占地面积小、装置模块化、出水水质优异、操作简便等优点,在废水回用中受到了极大的关注。然而,膜污染始终是膜技术在水资源可持续发展中的重要问题。因此,针对不同印染废水水质特点,对预处理和优化组合工艺深度处理的研究具有重要的意义。
Under the situation of increasingly scarce water resources in cities and towns and increasingly strict environmental protection,the advanced treatment and resource utilization of printing and dyeing wastewater have attracted more and more attention.In view of the problems of high chroma,complex water quality components and poor biodegradability of printing and dyeing wastewater,in order to optimize the advanced treatment process of printing and dyeing wastewater and improve the treatment efficiency of printing and dyeing wastewater,the traditional advanced treatment method and membrane technology for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater were listed.The traditional coagulation-flocculation,advanced oxidation method(AOPs)and adsorption and other advanced treatment methods have the problem of poor effect on the desalination and complete mineralization of refractory organics.The biodegradability of textile wastewater is poor,and the biochemical treatment has the problem of poor removal effect.Nanofiltration and reverse osmosis(RO)technology has received great attention in wastewater reuse due to its small footprint,modular equipment,excellent effluent quality,and easy operation.However,membrane pollution has always been an important issue in the sustainable development of water resources.Therefore,in view of the water quality characteristics of different printing and dyeing wastewater,it is of great significance to study the pretreatment and advanced treatment of optimized combined processes.
