摘要
采用生物接触氧化/混凝沉淀/BAF/微絮凝过滤工艺处理广东省某大型牛仔洗水厂的洗水废水,运行结果表明,该工艺处理此类牛仔洗水废水技术可靠,经济合理,当进水COD、色度、SS平均浓度分别为360mg/L、480倍、380mg/L时,处理出水分别为25mg/L、5倍、5mg/L,与处理过的河水按1∶1混合后可稳定回用于生产。
The combined process of contact oxidation/coagulation and sedimentation/biological aerated fiher/micro-flocculation filtration was used to treat jean washing wastewater from a big jean washing plant in Guangdong Province. The running results show that this combined process has high efficiency in treating jean washing wastewater. When the influent concentrations of COD, color and SS are 360 mg/L, 480 times and 380 mg/L, their effluent concentrations are 25 mg/L, 5 times and 5 mg/L respectively. After mixed with the treated river water in a ratio of 1 : 1, it can be reused for production.
