摘要
磁絮凝技术在城市污水处理中具有广泛的应用。考察了投药量、搅拌时间和沉淀时间对磁絮凝处理城市污水效果的影响,结果表明,在磁粉质量浓度为100 mg/L、PAC质量浓度为250 mg/L、PAM质量浓度为1 mg/L、搅拌时间为90 s、沉淀时间为2 min时,对实际污水COD的去除率达到65%以上,SS去除率达到75%以上,同时污水的BOD_5/COD值由开始时的0.55提高到0.65左右,大大提高了污水的可生化性。
Magnetic flocculation technology has wide applications in urban sewage treatment. The influences of flocculants dosage,stirring time and sedimentation time on the effect of urban sewage treatment by magnetic flocculation technology are investigated.The results show that the removal rate of COD from urban sewage can surpass 65% and the removal rate of SS can exceed 75% when the concentrations of Fe3O4,PAC and PAM are 100 mg·L^-1,250 mg·L^-1 and 1 mg·L^-1 respectively,stirring time is 90 s and sedimentation time is 2 min. In addition,the BOD5/COD value of the sewage increases from initial 0. 55 to 0. 65,which improves greatly the biodegradability of sewage.
