摘要
总结了磁法过滤在废水处理、催化剂回收、金属溶液除杂提纯等方面的应用与实验探究,发现磁法除杂在处理磁性/非磁性金属杂质、非金属杂质方面表现优秀,磁法过滤技术可用于废水处理、熔融金属提纯、催化剂回收,不仅过滤效率得到了提高,还提高了金属杂质脱除率,增大了处理量,使装置运行更加稳定.最后对磁法过滤在催化裂化油浆过滤技术中的应用提出了设想与展望.
The applications and experimental research of magnetic filtration technology in wastewater treatment,catalyst recovery,impurity removal from metal solution,etc.It is found that magnetic filtration technology has excellent effect in the treatment of magnetic metal impurities,non-magnetic metal impurities and non-metal impurities.Magnetic filtration technology can be used in wastewater treatment,molten metal purification and catalyst recovery,which helps to improve the filtration efficiency,the removal rate of metal impurities and the treatment capacity,as well as make the unit run more stably.The application of magnetic filtration technology in FCC oil slurry filtration is proposed.
