摘要 利用磁种絮凝作用处理研磨废水,使废水中的悬浮颗粒与合成的Fe3O4磁性颗粒碰撞凝聚,针对操作条件探讨其对处理效率的影响。由实验结果发现,操作条件控制在pH=6左右,其浊度去除效率可以达到95%。同时由于Fe3O4为磁性颗粒,当Fe3O4-SiO2相互碰撞附着的颗粒凝絮沉降时加入磁场,凝絮产物除了受到重力作用而沉降外,也受到磁力的作用,提高浊度的去除率,加快了污泥沉降速度,可大大减轻后续处理的负荷。 The polishing wastewater is treated by magnetism floceulation processing, in which the suspended particles in the wastewater and the synthetic Fe3O4 magnetie particles collide and flocculate and its influences on the treatment are discussed according to its operation condi- tions. The results show that when the operating eondition.s of pH at about 6, the removal rate of turbidity can reach 95%. Fe3O4 belongs to magnetic particle, when Fe3O4 - SiO2 collides each other with the adhensive flocculation, the magnetie field is added; the flocculation preduets fall with gravity, also it can improve the removal rate of turbity with the magnetic force and speed up the falling of sludge, so it can largely reduce the burden of the following treatment.
