摘要
秦伯未和任应秋二老是建国初期辨证论治的主要倡导者,二老关于辨证论治的论述同时包含关于病证关系深入的讨论,一向为学界忽视。笔者回顾和梳理秦伯未、任应秋二老关于病证关系相关阐述,还原二老对病证关系的基本定位:先辨病、后辨证应是两位前辈的共识;强调辨病基础上的辨证论治,中西医相互取长补短,共同促进医学的发展和进步。
QIN Bo-wei and REN Ying-qiu,the main advocates of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.In the discussion on syndrome differentiation and treatment,they also discussed the relationship between disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,which was ignored by academic circles.This article reviewed QIN Bo-wei and REN Ying-qiu’s discussion of the relationship between disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and restored their basic positioning of the relationship between disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation:disease differentiation firstly and syndrome differentiation later should be the consensus of the two professor.They both emphasized syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of disease differentiation.For promoting the development and progress of medicine,Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine should complement each other.
