摘要
基于秦伯未探讨肝脏的发病应以其体用性质为基础的观点,对《西溪书屋夜话录》“治肝卅法”的部分条文顺序做了调整,依次分为四组。收集秦伯未关于肝脏证治的论述,对四部分各治肝法进行了解释和补充,并对秦伯未和王旭高论述不一致之处进行分析,针对个别难解的条文结合其他医家的论述进行讨论。秦伯未对肝病证治的论述基本概念清晰,内容丰富细腻。梳理秦伯未的论述,有助于理解和运用“治肝卅法”。
Based on Qin Bowei's view that the pathogenesis of the liver should be investigated based on the physical properties of the liver,the order of some articles in the Thirty Therapies for Liver Diseases in Night Talks in Xixi Library was adjusted and divided into four groups in turn.Then Qin Bowei's exposition on treatment of liver disease was collected to explain and supplement these four groups of liver treatment methods,and the inconsistencies between Qin Bowei's and Wang Xugao's exposition were analysied,also some intractable articles were discussed in combination with other medical professionals'provisions.Qin Bowei's expositions on the treatment of liver disease are clear with the basic concepts,rich and detailed in contents.Through collating Qin Bowei's expositions,it is helpful for us to understand and apply the Thirty Therapies for Liver Diseases.
