摘要
目的:分别对数字健康领域内以电子健康、移动健康、远程健康和数字健康为主题的文章进行可视化分析,分析近年来的研究进展、研究热点及发展趋势。方法:对Web of Science数据库进行检索,借助Cite Space分析软件对1962年—2021年4个主题相关文献的年度发文量、发文国家、作者、关键词及突显词进行整理分析。结果:发文量呈逐年上升趋势。美国、英国、澳大利亚、中国、德国、加拿大等国家发文量较高。发文较多的作者有TOROUS J、BATES D W等。研究热点多集中于数字技术在心理健康问题及以个人为中心的慢性病自我管理方面的应用。结论:心理健康和以个人为中心的慢性病自我管理是本领域的研究热点,未来研究将更多集中于数字健康和远程健康。
Objective To make visualized analysis on papers mainly about electronic health,mobile health,remote health and digital health in the field of digital health,and analyze research progress,research hotspots and development trend in recent years.Methods The Web of Science database was searched.By using Cite Space analysis software,the annual number of publications,countries of publication,authors,keywords and highlighted words of literatures related to four topics from 1962 to 2021 were sorted out and analyzed.Results The number of publications increased year by year.The United States,the United Kingdom,Australia,China,Germany,Canada and other countries published the most articles.Authors who have published a lot of articles include Torous J,Bates DW,etc.Most of the researches focus on the application of digital technology in mental health problems and individual-centered self-management of chronic diseases.Conclusion Mental health and individual-centered self-management of chronic diseases are the research hotspots in this field,and future researches will focus more on digital health and telehealth.
