摘要
乡村振兴战略的实施,赋予乡村发展新的优势,对于人才供给也提出了更高的要求、更大的使命。新时代高校肩负人才培养重任,在实现乡村振兴的人才支撑方面发挥重要作用。针对乡村振兴人才培养现状及培养中存在的问题,结合高校在人才培养中的建设探索和实践,立体化构建以“互联网+教育”为中心的乡村振兴人才培养模式策略的逻辑思考。为实现乡村振兴培养更多“适销对路”的高素质人才队伍,也是落实乡村振兴人才培养的科学举措。
The implementation of rural revitalization strategy has given new advantages to rural development,andmeanwhile,proposed higher requirements and greater missions for the supply of talents.In the new era,colleges and universities shoulder the important task of talent training and play a significant role in realizing the talent support for rural revitalization.Based on the current situation and problems in the cultivation of talents for rural revitalization in my country,combined with the exploration and practice of the construction of talents in colleges and universities,and logically thinks about the strategy of constructing a three-dimensional rural revitalization talent training model centered on“Internet+education”.Cultivating more“marketable”high-quality talent teams for rural revitalization is also a scientific measure to implement rural revitalization talent training.
