摘要
随着乡村振兴和农业农村现代化的持续推进,农民成为实现乡村振兴和新型城镇融合发展的主力军,农民培训作为促进农民专业发展的重要途径,是有效提升农民素养和能力发展水平的重要方式,而培训课程是实现农民培训目标的核心要素。依据农民个人需求层次目标、发展目标等,将农民群体划分为保守安稳型、自给生存型、效益追求型和经济发展型。以布鲁姆教育目标分类理论为指导,从农民价值感知层、知识基础层、能力聚合层、思维支持层构建“农民四维能力模型”,按照课程体系构建逻辑,创新性地设计出系统化的农民培训“5+X”课程体系。同时,为保障农民培训课程体系的实施,应采取打造课程资源库、构建微课知识地图、建设实践平台和建立社会支持政策制度体系等保障措施。
With the continuous advancement of rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization,farmers have become the main force to realize rural revitalization and new urban integration and development.As an important way to promote the professional development of farmers,farmers'training is an important way to effectively improve the level of farmers'literacy and ability development,and training courses are the core elements to achieve farmers'training goals.According to the individual needs of farmers'level goals and development goals,the farmer group is divided into conservative and secure type,self-subsistence type,benefit pursuit type and economic development type.Under the guidance of Bloom's classification theory of education objectives,the“four-dimensional ability model of farmers”is constructed from farmers'value perception layer,the knowledge base layer,the ability aggregation layer and the thinking support layer.According to the construction logic of curriculum system,the systematic“5+X”curriculum system of farmers'training is innovatively designed.At the same time,it is necessary to take measures such as building curriculum resource database,constructing micro-lecture knowledge map,building practical platform and establishing social support policy systems in order to ensure the implementation of farmer training curriculum system.
