摘要
以G校体育馆项目建设为例,从对工程设计、造价、采购和施工等管理方面进行探讨。设计单位作为主体的工程总承包模式(EPC模式),中标后负责工程建设管理的所有工作,承担大部分责任和风险,减轻了业主单位的管理风险,在国内逐步被接受,并得到推广。该模式下的总承包单位在多年的实践中,已经积累相当丰富的经验,但业主单位对该模式总承包方的管理经验仍不够丰富。不同类型的项目管理模式存在差异性,无具体可照搬方法,还需在实践中不断完善和总结经验。
Taking the construction of G school gymnasium project as an example,this paper discusses the management of engineering design,cost,procurement and construction.The general contracting mode(EPC mode),in which the design unit is the main body,is responsible for all the work of project construction management after winning the bid,undertakes most of the responsibilities and risks,reduces the management risk of the owner,and is gradually accepted and greatly promoted in China.The general contractor under this mode has accumulated rich experience in many years of practice,but the owner's management experience of the general contractor under this mode is still not rich.There are differences in different types of project management modes,and there is no specific method to copy,which needs to be continuously improved and summarized in practice.
