矿质元素指纹技术结合化学计量学分析对中国葡萄酒原产地的判别研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS),对来自东北、贺兰山东麓、黄土高原、新疆及西南高山5个产区的共205款原产地葡萄酒样品,测定包括碱金属Li、Rb、Cs和碱土金属Be、Mg、Sr、Ba在内的共28种矿质元素,其中Mg、Al、Cu、Mn、Sr、Rb元素在5个产区葡萄酒中的含量较高。采用线性判别分析(LDA)和偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)对葡萄酒样品进行产区分类。方差分析(ANOVA)结果表明,除U元素外,其余元素在不同产地间均存在显著性差异。采用LDA模型对葡萄酒样品进行判别的整体准确率为87.3%,以东北产区的判别效果最好,模型外样品验证准确率为100%。采用PLS-DA模型判别的整体准确率可达80%以上,并筛选出对产地差异贡献率较大的6种元素,包括Li、Rb、Sr、Mg、Ti及Cd。综上所述,矿质元素指纹技术结合化学计量学分析方法有助于对中国葡萄酒的原产地进行判别。 In this study,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine 28 elements including alkali metals Li,Rb,Cs and alkaline earth metals Be,Mg,Sr and Ba,in 205 wine samples from five production areas(Northeast,Helan Mountain east foot,Loess plateau,Xinjiang,Southwest alpine).The contents of Mg,Al,Cu,Mn,Sr and Rb elements in the wine from the five regions were high.Two classification methods,linear discriminant analysis(LDA)and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were used to classify wine samples according to production areas.The results of analysis of variance(ANOVA)showed that there were significant differences in other elements except uranium(U)among different producing areas.The overall accuracy of linear discriminant analysis(LDA)model for distinguishing wine samples from different regions was 87.3%,and the discrimination effect of northeast production area was good.The validation accuracy of samples outside the model was 100%.The overall accuracy of PLS-DA model could reach more than 80%,and six elements with large contribution to the difference of origin were selected,including two alkali metals Li and Rb;two alkaline earth metals Sr,Mg and Ti,Cd.In conclusion,mineral elements fingerprint technology combined with chemometric analysis method was helpful to distinguish the origin of Chinese wine.
