Abstract: [ Objective]This project aims to unveil the change regularity of the fingerprint of Kolar Fra- grant Pear and set up the spectroscopy data bank in order to protect the products of the geographical origin and provide related technical support for the quality and safety of agro - products. [ Method] This program made use of contrastive analysis of research literature at home and abroad and pointed out the advantages and disad- vantages of mineral element fingerprint technique, stable gerprint technique, and infrared reflectance spectroscopy isotope fingerprint technique, organic component fin- technique and analyzed the application status of Fin- gerprint analysis technology in the research work in Xinjiang Korla Fragrant Pear. And then the work explored the feasibility of these various techniques in the pear and finally, prospected application of fingerprint tech- niques in the future. [ Result ] All the techniques such as element fingerprint technique, stable isotope finger- print technique, organic component fingerprint technique, and infrared reflectance spectroscopy technique had extensive application with its own advantage and disadvantage of each individual. [ Conclusion] It has been found out that the application of the fingerprint spectroscopy is not only necessary but also feasible. The combi- nation of these techniques is an important direction for our future effort in demonstrating, oromotin~ and stand-ardizing Korla Fragrant Pear.
