摘要
目的探讨家庭型医养护一体化康复管理在学龄期喘息性支气管炎患儿中的应用效果。方法将98例学龄期喘息性支气管炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各49例。两组均给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予家庭型医养护一体化康复管理,观察8周。比较两组临床症状缓解用时,干预前及干预8周末采用儿童生存质量测定量表比较两组生存质量,比较两组患儿家属护理工作满意度。结果研究组肺哮鸣音、喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、发热缓解用时均显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。干预8周末两组儿童生存质量测定量表评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患儿家属护理总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭型医养护一体化康复管理可以显著缩短学龄期喘息性支气管炎患儿症状缓解用时,提高患儿生存质量及家属护理工作满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of family-based integrated medical and nursing management services in school-age children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 98 school-age children with asthmatic bronchitis were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing,and the study group was given family-based integrated medical and nursing management services on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.The relief time of clinical symptoms was compared between the two groups.The pediatric quality of life inventory measurement models(PedsQLTM)was used to compare the quality of life of the two groups before and at the end of the 8th week of the intervention.The nursing job satisfaction of the family members of the two groups was compared.Results The relief time of lung wheeze,asthma,cough,expectoration and fever in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).After 8 weeks of intervention,the PedsQLTM scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The total satisfaction rate of family members of children in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Family-based integrated medical and nursing management services can significantly shorten the time for symptom relief in school-age children with asthmatic bronchitis,and improve the quality of life of children and the satisfaction of family members with nursing work.
