摘要
目的探讨高龄慢性支气管炎患者护理中健康教育的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月内江市中区人民医院接收的158例高龄慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象。根据双盲随机对照原则,将研究对象分为常规组(常规护理)和研究组(常规护理+健康教育),每组79例。对比两组焦虑量表(SAS)评分、抑郁量表(SDS)评分、治疗依从性、对疾病认知度、满意度。结果研究组SAS评分、SDS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组治疗依从性、对疾病认知度、满意度均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对高龄慢性支气管炎患者加强健康教育,能够进一步提高患者对疾病的认识,减轻焦虑、抑郁心理,进而更好配合临床治疗,且患者对此种干预方式的满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of health education in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 158 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to Shizhong District People's Hospital of Neijiang from March 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled.According to the double-blind randomized control principle,the subjects were divided into two groups,routine group(routine nursing)and study group(routine nursing+health education),with 79 cases in each group.The anxiety SAS score,depression SDS score,treatment compliance,disease awareness and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Treatment compliance,disease awareness and satisfaction in the study group were all higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the health education for the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can further improve patients'understanding of the disease,reduce anxiety and depression,and thus enable patients to better cooperate with clinical treatment.Moreover,patients have higher satisfaction with this intervention mode,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
