摘要详细分析了某型机车排障器的受力情况,提取出排障器螺栓受到的最大载荷,并运用标准VDI2230校核了排障器螺栓的强度。分析结果表明:某型机车排障器的螺栓连接满足VDI2230标准的要求。 In the paper,we analyze the strength of Obstrcle deflector,and get the max load of Obstrcle deflector's bolt.we check the strength of the bolt by VID 2230,the result show that the strength of Obstrcle deflector’s bolt satisfy VDI 2230.
