摘要
为了提升高速列车制动盘螺栓预紧力的准确性和一致性,研究了高速动车组轮装制动盘的紧固原理,以VDI2230高强度螺栓连接理论为基础,建立了适用于轮装制动盘的紧固连接计算模型,明确了紧固螺栓的目标预紧力;通过扭拉试验,研究了紧固件的扭拉特性和初步的扭矩—转角工艺参数,提出了以试验为基础的工艺参数修正方法;通过工厂组装试验,确定了最终的扭矩—转角法工艺参数及监控扭矩,验证了工艺参数的适用性。该研究成果,形成了以紧固连接计算结果为依据,以扭拉试验结果为基础的螺纹紧固件扭矩—转角法组装工艺开发流程,对实际工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
In order to improve the accuracy and consistency of the pre-load of brake disc bolts of high-speed trains, the tightening principle of wheel mounted brake disc of high speed EMU is studied based on VDI2230 high strength bolt connection theory, establishing the calculation model of fastening connection for wheel mounted disc, and defining the target pre-load. Through torsion and tension test,the fastener’s characteristics of twisting and pulling and preliminary technological parameters of torque angle method are studied, raising the method of process parameter modification. Through factory assembly test, the final process parameters and monitoring torque of torque angle method are determined, and verifying the applicability of process parameters. The research results, according to the calculation results of fastening connection and torsional tensile test results, formed the development process of torque angle assembly process,having certain guiding significance for practical engineering application.
