Structure optimization research of sand spraying apparatus for HX_D3 and HX_D3C electric locomotive

摘要 HX_D3及HX_D3C型电力机车采用从国外技术引进的压差式撒砂装置,结合其在国内铁路运用过程中出现的各种问题进行分析探讨,找出问题原因,并提出相应的有效改造方案,解决HXD3及HX_D3C型电力机车撒砂装置的各类故障问题,使其能够适应国内铁路的运用条件及环境,发挥机车的最优性能,确保机车运行的安全性及稳定性。 HX_D3 and HX_D3C electric locomotive adopt the pressure differential type sand spraying apparatus imported from abroad. Combined with the analyzing and discussing its various problems in domestic railway operation, the causes are found out and the corresponding effective transformation plan are put forward to solve various problems of the sand spraying apparatus of HXD3 and HXD3 C electric locomotive,making the locomotive adapt to the condition and environment of domestic railway,maximize performance and ensure the safety and stability of operation.
