摘要
矿用蓄电池电机车撒砂装置是通过撒砂在车轮与轨道之间增加摩擦因数,防止轮对打滑,提高牵引力和制动力,保证列车的行车安全。现有技术中的矿用电机车撒砂装置在矿用电机车内的布置是将一对砂箱分置在司机操控室的底部,并在操控室的底部设置脚踏用于控制撒砂,在机车制动时,司机首先踩动脚踏,使引砂管朝向轨面形成撒砂,同时实施机车制动。针对这一结构形式在实际使用中存在的诸多不足,结合现场实际,在充分利用电机车司机现场工作经验的基础上,根据《结构力学》的原理,设计了一种顶置式矿用电机车中撒砂装置,确保了电机车的撒砂过程能顺畅进行。通过1年多的现场使用情况,该装置能够有效保证电机车的制动效果,保障了机车运输安全,同时提高了制动系统的维护和操作的安全性,有利于辅助运输系统的安全运行。
The sandblasting device for the nfine battery electric motor car is to increase the friction coefficient between the wheel and the track by sanding to prevent the wheel pair from slipping, to increase the traction force and braking force, and to ensure the train safety. The prior art nfine motor locomotive sanding device is arranged in a nfine motor locomotive by disposing a pair of sand boxes at the bot- tom of the driver's control room, and a pedal is provided at the bottom of the control room for controlling the sanding. When the locomo- tive brakes, the driver first steps on the pedals to form a sanding channel toward the rail surface, and at the same time, the locomotive brake is applied. There are many deficiencies in practical use for this structural form. Based on the actual situation on the site, and based on the full use of the field work experience of motor vehicle drivers, an overhead-mounted nfining electric locomotive was designed based on the principle of structural mechanics. The sanding device ensures smooth sanding of the motor ear. Through more than one year of on-site use,the device can effectively ensure the braking effect of the electric locomotive, to ensure the safely of locomotive transporta- tion, to improve the safety of the brake system maintenance and operation, and facilitate the safe operation of the auxiliary transportation system.
