摘要
闪蒸喷雾冷却技术是利用工质的过热度来提高制冷量,当工质所处环境压力突然降低,低至工质初始温度所对应的饱和压力以下时,液体由于突然变为过热状态,从而发生剧烈的破碎雾化,并伴随着液滴强烈蒸发。研究闪蒸喷雾冷却技术对医疗、电子及航空等领域有着重要意义。闪蒸喷雾冷却过程中当液滴撞击热壁面时会出现一种莱登弗罗斯特现象,这种现象会大幅降低冷却效率。本文针对这种现象从液滴撞击壁面的动态特性及液滴、液膜闪蒸、流动、沸腾两个方面对闪蒸喷雾冷却技术的研究进展进行了介绍,并指出了闪蒸喷雾冷却技术的研究发展方向。
Flash spray cooling technology makes use of the superheat of the working medium to improve the cooling capacity.When the ambient pressure of the working medium is suddenly reduced to below the saturation pressure corresponding to the initial temperature of the working medium,the liquid suddenly becomes overheated,resulting in severe fragmentation and atomization,accompanied by intense evaporation of droplets.The research of flash spray cooling technology is of great significance to medical,electronic and aviation fields.In the process of flash spray cooling,a Lydenfrost phenomenon will occur when droplet hits hot wall,which will greatly reduce the cooling efficiency.In view of this phenomenon,this paper introduces the research progress of flash spray cooling technology from two aspects:the dynamic characteristics of droplet impacting wall surface and the flash,flow and boiling of droplet and liquid film,and points out the development direction of flash spray cooling technology.
