摘要
日益严格的排放法规促使柴油机的研究发展方向是,一方面提高柴油机的热效率,另一方面降低NOx排放。在众多相比于机外净化成本更低的机内净化措施中,米勒循环通过提前或者延迟关闭进气门,形成膨胀比大于压缩比的状态,提高热效率的同时,降低了缸内的温度,有效抑制了NOx的产生。相比于目前的其他的机内净化措施,米勒循环只需更改凸轮轴的型线即可,对发动机改动相对简单,也不影响发动机的其他零部件,且当前增压技术的提高,已经能够很好的弥补米勒循环在低速进气冲量不足的短板。
Increasingly stringent emission regulations urge the research and development direction of diesel engine to reduce NOx emission on the basis of improving thermal efficiency.Among many internal purification measures with lower cost compared with external purification,Miller cycle forms a state in which the expansion ratio is greater than the compression ratio by closing the inlet valve in advance or delay,improves the thermal efficiency,reduces the temperature in the cylinder and effectively inhibits the generation of NOx.Miller cycle is easier to realize and has little impact on other parts of the engine,and the improvement of current supercharging technology has been able to make up for the lack of intake impulse of Miller cycle at low speed.
