摘要
从张仲景“温调平衡法”溯源、学术特点、在六经病辨治中的体现三方面进行论述。中医平衡思想当始于阴阳,阴阳平衡则人体健康,失衡则产生疾病。张仲景《伤寒论》虽以六经辨证为纲,但始终十分重视阴阳平衡对人体的重要性,因此多以温性药物进行多种组合配伍,以温调六经,由失衡重新转为平衡的健康状态。以《伤寒论》六经病典型条文与方药为切入点,由浅入深逐经讨论“温调平衡法”在《伤寒论》中的体现和应用,结合临床研究阐述张仲景“温调平衡法”在临床的应用情况,对现在日益增多的由寒邪或阳虚为主导致人体失衡状态的病证,可以温调祛病邪,以温调养体质,“温调平衡法”将有更加广阔的应用空间。
This paper analyzed the following three aspects:the origin of ZHANG Zhongjing’s “balance method by warming and regulating”,the academic characteristic and the application in six-meridian diseases.The idea of balance in traditional Chinese medicine begins with yin and yang.The balance between yin and yang leads to human health,and the imbalance leads to disease.Although ZHANG Zhongjing focused on syndrome differentiation of the six meridians in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,he always attached great importance to the balance between yin and yang for human body.Therefore,he often made a variety of combinations of warm medicinals to warm and regulate six meridians and achieve a healthy state of restoring balance from imbalance.Based on the typical clauses and formulas of six-meridian diseases in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,this paper discussed the application and effect of the “balance method by warming and regulating” in ZHANG Zhongjing’s Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases from shallow to deep gradually.Combined with clinical research,this paper expounded the clinical application of ZHANG Zhongjing’s “balance method by warming and regulating”.At present,there are more and more diseases and syndromes mainly caused by cold pathogen or yang deficiency in imbalance human body,which can be treated with removing pathogenic factors and recuperating physique by warming and regulating.“balance method by warming and regulating”will have a broader application space.
