摘要
目的探讨9S管理联合PDCA循环在手术室腔镜设备管理中的应用。方法选择医院手术室的24套腔镜设备系统作为研究对象,采用历史对照法,2019年7—12月期间采用常规设备管理法,2020年7—12月期间采用9S管理联合PDCA循环进行管理,比较9S管理联合PDCA循环实施前、后的腔镜设备故障率、医师满意度、人为因素故障率及维修总费用。结果9S管理联合PDCA循环实施后,腔镜设备故障率及人为因素故障率均低于实施前,医师满意度高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);9S管理联合PDCA循环实施后,腔镜设备6个月维修总费用为102249元,相较于实施前的173568元,节约维修成本71319元。结论在手术室腔镜设备管理中应用9S管理联合PDCA循环能使手术相关人员逐步养成按制度和流程操作的良好习惯,从而可降低腔镜设备故障率,提升手术医师满意度,节约科室维修成本。
Objective The application of 9S management combined with PDCA cycle in the management of endoscopic equipment in operating room was explored.Methods A total of 24 sets of endoscopic equipment systems in operating room in the hospital were selected.Historical control method was used.The conventional equipment management method was used from July to December in 2019,while the 9S management combined with PDCA cycle was used from July to December in 2020.The failure rate of endoscopic equipment,surgeons'satisfaction,failure rate caused by human factors and total maintenance cost were compared before and after the 9S management combined with PDCA cycle were implemented.Results After the implementation of 9S management combined with PDCA cycle,the failure rate of endoscopic equipment and that caused by human factors were both lower than those before the implementation,and the surgeons'satisfaction was higher than that before the implementation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After the implementation of 9S management combined with PDCA cycle,the total maintenance cost of endoscopic equipment for 6 months was 102249 yuan,compared with that of 173568 yuan before the implementation,71319 yuan was saved.Conclusion The application of 9S management combined with PDCA cycle in the management of endoscopic equipment in operating room can gradually develop the good habit of operating according to the system and process for personnel related to operation,so the failure rate of endoscopic equipment can be reduced,the satisfaction of surgeons can be improved,and the maintenance cost of departments can be saved.
