摘要
目的:电子内窥镜维护保养质量控制措施简析。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月~2019年1月本院电子内窥镜故障发生情况,2018年1月之前本院尚未实施维护保养质量控制措施,而在2018年2月开始则实施了电子内窥镜维护保养质量控制措施,对比分析实施前后故障发生情况,然后基于此提出相应的电子内窥镜维护保养质量控制措施。结果:电子内窥镜维护保养质量控制措施实施前后电子内窥镜数量均相同,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施电子内窥镜维护保养质量控制措施之后,故障维修次数、故障发生频次以及维修总费用都明显优于实施前,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电子内窥镜维护保养质量控制十分重要,能够有效提高内窥镜使用率、减少故障发生频次,最大程度延伸其使用寿命。
Objective:Brief analysis of quality control measures for electronic endoscope maintenance.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the occurrence of failures of the electronic endoscope in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.Before January 2018,the hospital has not implemented maintenance quality control measures,and since February 2018,electronic implementation has been implemented.Endoscope maintenance quality control measures are compared and analyzed before and after the implementation of failures,and then based on this,the corresponding electronic endoscope maintenance quality control measures are proposed.Results:The number of electronic endoscope maintenance quality control measures before and after the implementation of the same number of electronic endoscopes,the difference between groups was not statistically significant P>0.05;after the implementation of electronic quality control measures for maintenance of electronic endoscopes,the number of failures to repair this number The frequency of occurrence and the total cost of maintenance were significantly better than before implementation,and the differences between groups were statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:The quality control of electronic endoscope maintenance is very important,which can effectively improve the endoscope usage rate,reduce the frequency of failures,and extend its service life to the greatest extent.
