摘要
目的:观察9S管理法在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6—12月该院消毒供应中心实施常规管理期间接收的370件外来器械为对照组,选取2023年1—5月该院消毒供应中心实施9S管理法期间接收的370件外来器械为观察组。比较两组外来器械管理质量合格率、返洗率、不良事件发生率、紧急外来器械处理时间(接收时间、清洗时间、灭菌时间)及满意度。结果:观察组外来器械管理质量合格率为97.84%(362/370),高于对照组的91.89%(340/370),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组返洗率为1.08%(4/370),低于对照组的3.24%(12/370),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为1.35%(5/370),低于对照组的4.59%(17/370),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组紧急外来器械接收时间、清洗时间、灭菌时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为93.33%(14/15),高于对照组的53.33%(8/15),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:9S管理法应用于消毒供应中心外来器械管理可提高外来器械管理质量合格率和满意度,缩短紧急外来器械处理时间,降低返洗率和不良事件发生率,效果优于常规管理。
Objective:To observe application effects of 9S management method in management of external instruments in central sterile supply department.Methods:370 external instruments received during the routine management of the Central Sterile Supply Department of the hospital from June to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and 370 external instruments received during the implementation of 9S management method from January to May 2023 were selected as the observation group.The qualified rate of external instrument management quality,the back washing rate,the incidence of adverse events,the emergency external instrument processing time(receiving time,cleaning time,sterilization time),and the satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of external instrument management quality in the observation group was 97.84%(362/370),which was higher than 91.89%(340/370)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The back washing rate of the observation group was 1.08%(4/370),which was lower than 3.24%(12/370)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 1.35%(5/370),which was lower than 4.59%(17/370)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The receiving time,the cleaning time and the sterilization time of emergency external instruments in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%(14/15),which was higher than 53.33%(8/15)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of 9S management method in the management of external instruments in the central sterile supply department can improve the qualified rate and the satisfaction of the external instruments management quality,shorten the processing time of emergency external instru
