摘要
学生学业评价是教育教学管理的重要构成,是对教学质量和学习效果进行评估的主要依据。尽管高职院校教育教学中已经构建了相应的学业评价体系,但是随着高职连续扩招,高职院校非传统生源学生人数增多,其传统学业评价体系已无法更好地满足多元生源要求。在扩招背景下,高职院校应基于学业评价标准,从提高教师评价素养、创设评价环境机制、建立评价保障机制、完善评价监督机制等方面构建非传统生源学生学业评价保障体系,提升教育教学质量和学生学习效果。
Student academic evaluation is an important component of education and teaching management,which is the main basis for evaluating teaching quality and learning effects.Although the corresponding academic evaluation system has been constructed in the education and teaching of vocational colleges,with the continuous expansion of vocational colleges,the number of non-traditional students in vocational colleges has increased,therefore,its traditional academic evaluation system has been unable to meet the requirements of multiple students.In the context of enrollment expansion,vocational colleges should build non-traditional students'academic evaluation guarantee system based on academic evaluation standards to improve education and teaching.quality and student learning effects from the following aspects,such as improving teacher evaluation literacy,creating an evaluation environment mechanism,establishing an evaluation guarantee mechanism,and improving an evaluation supervision mechanism.
