摘要
目的:对自我管理教育在肺结核患者康复护理中的应用价值进行分析。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月南京市六合区人民医院收治的88例肺结核患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组各44例,对照组应用康复护理实施干预,研究组则在对照组基础上增加自我管理教育进行干预,干预后对两组患者疾病知识掌握程度(防护措施,饮食知识,运动方案,药物治疗,自我检测)与自我管理能力(自我护理技能,自我护理责任感,自我概念,健康知识水平)进行评分。结果:研究组患者疾病知识掌握程度与自我管理能力评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.827、13.368、4.540、9.771、19.466、21.858、22.599、21.452、18.299,P<0.05)。结论:自我管理教育在肺结核患者康复护理中有着重要应用价值,可提高患者自我管理能力,利于疾病康复。
Objective:To analyze the application value of self-management education in rehabilitation nursing of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods:A total of 88 pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were intervened with rehabilitation nursing,and the patients in the study group were intervened by adding self-management education on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the degree of disease knowledge(protective measures,dietary knowledge,exercise program,drug treatment,self-examination)and selfmanagement ability(self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge level)of the patients in the two groups were scored.Results:The patients in the study group had higher disease knowledge and self-management ability scores than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.827,13.368,4.540,9.771,19.466,21.858,22.599,21.452,18.299,P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-management education has important application value in the rehabilitation and nursing of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,which can improve the self-management ability of patients and facilitate disease recovery.
