摘要
肺结核是一种严重危害人类健康、威胁人类生命的慢性呼吸道传染病,此病具有病程长、迁延不愈、反复发作、治疗费用高等特点,容易给病人带来较大的心理负担。因此,肺结核病人大多出现不同程度的恐惧、悲观、焦虑等不良情绪,对病人的治疗依从性产生消极的影响,不利于病人的康复。通过查阅文献,介绍护理干预对肺结核病人治疗依从性影响的研究进展,认为护理干预在肺结核病人的临床治疗过程中发挥重要作用,可减轻病人心理压力,提高病人治疗依从性,促进健康。
Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic respiratory infectious disease which seriously endangers human health and threatens human life.This disease has many characteristics,such as long course,delayed healing,recurrent attack,high treatment cost and so on,which is easy to bring greater psychological burden to patients.Therefore,most of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients have varying degrees of fear,pessimism,anxiety and other negative emotions,which have a negative impact on the patients,compliance and are not conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.By consulting the literature,it introduced the research progress of the influence of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.It is believed that that nursing intervention could reduce the psychological pressure of the patients,improve patients,compliance and promote their health.
