摘要
人与自然的和谐共处关乎着人类社会的可持续发展和全人类的未来命运,我国倡议建设“一带一路”伊始,明确提出要“突出生态文明理念,共建绿色丝绸之路”。在“一带一路”建设的过程中,我国积极寻找合作的切入点,把大力推动与沿线国家的绿色合作作为一项面向全球的国际合作倡议,“绿色丝绸之路”的推进不仅需要依靠国家的大力推动,更离不开国际社会的支持和响应。基于此,本文通过环境与资源管理相关理论探究绿色丝绸之路建设的逻辑,从而为“一带一路”沿线国家的积极回应、共建“绿色丝路”增添动能,助益构建人与自然和谐共生的人类命运共同体。
The harmonious coexistence of man and nature is related to the sustainable development of human society and the future destiny of all mankind.At the beginning of my country’s initiative to build the“Belt and Road”,it clearly proposed to“highlight the concept of ecological civilization and jointly build a green Silk Road”.During the construction of the“Belt and Road”,my country actively seeks entry points for cooperation and vigorously promotes green cooperation with countries along the route.The support and response of the international community is inseparable.Based on this,this paper explores the of the construction of the Green Silk Road through environmental and resource management related theories,so as to actively respond to the countries along the“Belt and Road”and build a“Green Silk Road”.Add kinetic energy to help build a community of shared future for mankind in which man and nature coexist in harmony.
