摘要
在当前形势多变的国际环境下,生态环境日益受损,污染灾害频发,经济生产技术和环保标准要求越来越高,利用循环经济的模式实现国际贸易经济的可持续发展不仅仅是政府和企业生产领域的责任和义务,更是每一个公民的责任和义务。把循环经济的理念普及到群众思想观念中,内化为每一个人的潜意识,实现从消费价值观到日常消费习惯的转变,建立绿色环保的消费方式,以绿色消费需求引导绿色贸易,推动生产方式的转变,从根本上改变对资源掠夺式的经济增长方式,进而实现国际贸易经济可持续发展。
Under the changeable international environment,ecological environment is under damage gradually,pollution and disasters happen frequently,and the requirement for economic production technology and environment protection standard is higher and higher.Realizing the sustainable development of international trading and economy with circular economy mode is not just the duty and responsibility of government and enterprises.What＇s more,it is every citizen＇s responsibility.Therefore,we should spread the concept of circular economy among ordinary people,realize the change from consumption value view to daily consumption habit,establish green and environmental consuming style,use green consumption to guide green trading,promote the change of production way and change resources predatory mode of economic growth so as to realize the sustainable development of international trading and economy.
