摘要
本文试图揭示我国经济发展与环境之间的关系。在Stern(2002)模型的基础上,以SO2排放量表征环境污染水平,对1999—2004年间除西藏、山西和贵州以外的我国28个省、自治区及直辖市的面板数据进行回归分析,结果显示经济规模扩大、产业结构和能源结构变动加剧了我国环境污染,生产率提高、环保技术创新与推广降低了我国环境污染。并估算了这五要素对环境质量影响的各自实际贡献率。这一结论对我国制定可持续发展战略具有重要的指导意义。
This paper tries to disclose the relationship of economic development and environment. Deriving from Stern Model, this paper takes SO2 emission as an environmental pollution index and applies regression analysis to 28 provinces & municipal cities' panel data except Guizhou, Tibet and Shanxi ones in our country from 1999 to 2004. We find that enlargement of economic scale, changes of industrial structure and energy structure deteriorate environment and that enhancement of productivity, renovation and generalization of environmental protection technology reduce environmental pollution. And factual contribution rates of the five factors are estimated respectively. This result urges a more effective policy orientation on sustainable development strategy formulation.
