摘要
本文系统分析国家、省市既有小区加装电梯工作政策制度现状情况,存在的困难和问题,同时全面研究了重庆、成都和长沙市等城市在政策制度、协调机制、优化便民、财政支持、运维保障等方面的主要经验做法,并对既有小区加装电梯工作提出合理化对策建议,最后以长沙市某小区加装电梯为例介绍实际开展的做法,希望为既有小区加装电梯工作快速、高效、安全开展提供借鉴。
This paper systematically analyzes the current situation, difficulties and problems of the policy and system for the installation of elevators in existing residential areas in China and provinces, at the same time, it comprehensively studied the main experiences and practices of the cities of Chongqing, Chengdu and Changsha in terms of policy system, coordination mechanism, optimization of convenience for the people, financial support, operation and maintenance guarantee, etc. finally, taking the installation of elevators in Changsha as an example, the paper introduces the practice in practice, it is hoped to provide a reference for the rapid, efficient and safe installation of elevators in existing residential areas.
