摘要
梳理了近年来北京市有关既有多层住宅增设电梯的相关政策,对其进行了简单解读;对这些政策的实施效果进行了介绍,以期为全国其他省市推进既有多层住宅增设电梯工作提供参考。
The relevant policies of Beijing on adding elevators for existing residential buildings are introduced with brief explanation. The implementation effects are given to provide the experiment of adding elevator in existing residential buildings to another places nationwide.
