摘要
以南通市区几个典型老小区作为调研对象,分析当前地级市既有住宅加装电梯的现状,探究加装成功案例,分析加装失败案例成因,得出加装电梯困难的所在,提出地级市加装电梯的对策。
Taking several typical old residential areas in Nantong City as research objects,the current situation of installing elevators in existing residential buildings in prefecture level cities is analyzed including the successful cases of installing elevators and the failure cases of installing elevators,the difficulties of installing elevators are found out,and the suggestion for installing elevators in prefecture level cities is put forward in this paper.
