应用数理统计分析CM生物固氮肥的水稻肥效

摘要 研究CM生物固氮肥对水稻秧苗质量的影响,确定水稻生长发育的最大施肥量,提出了应用数理统计分析CM生物固氮肥的水稻肥效。采用正交设计的方式,并结合随机区组三次重复试验,进行了CM生物固氮肥的水稻肥效试验。试验地选择在浏阳市文家市镇大成村南盘组邱根成的责任田内,供试作物为中稻,组合为广两优143。试验结果表明,氮肥对水稻的生育天数、单株穗数、单穗粒数、千粒重和小区产量具有非常显著的影响,磷肥对水稻的单株粒重具有显著性影响,钾肥对水稻的农艺性状都没有显著性影响,通过数理统计分析,确定了水稻生长发育的最佳施肥量为每公顷375 kg尿素、450 kg过磷酸钙及0 kg硫酸钾。 The effect of CM biological nitrogen-fixation fertilizer on rice seedlings quality was studied,and the maximum amount of fertilizer for rice growth and development was determined,the application of mathematical statistical method was proposed to analyze the rice fertilizer efficiency of CM biological nitrogen-fixing fertilizer.The orthogonal design was used and the three repeated randomized block experiments were combined to conduct an experiment of rice fertilizer efficiency of CM biological nitrogen-fixing fertilizer.The experimental site was selected in Dacheng village in Liuyang,with medium rice as tested crop and guangliangyou 143 as the combination.The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth days,the number of panicles per plant,the number of grains per spike,the weight of 1000 grains and the yield.The phosphorus fertilizer had a significant effect on the grain weight per plant,and potassium fertilizer had no significant effect on the agronomic characteristics of rice.The optimum fertilization amount per hectare for rice growth and development was 375 kg of urea,450 kg of superphosphate and 0 kg of potassium sulfate,which was determined by mathematical statistical analysis.
