摘要
结合无水氟化氢工艺的系统性工艺安全分析结果,介绍了各关键工艺步骤,如热风循环系统、反应、洗涤、冷凝、精馏和成品存储的主要风险点和控制措施。各项控制措施在实际生产中均已投入使用,运行良好,有效避免了后果严重的工艺事故发生,对无水氟化氢生产安全改进具有借鉴意义。
The process hazard analysis and risk mitigation measures are described for anhydrous hydrogen fluoride manufacturing process,including the high risk points and countermeasures for key process steps such as hot air burner,reaction,washing,cooling,distillation and final storage.All the risk mitigation actions have been implemented in actual production,the operation was smooth,no serious process safety accidents happened since the improvements,which are good reference for AHF production safety improvement.
