摘要 以萤石粉、硫酸作为原料生产无水氢氟酸的工艺介绍,定量地分析了废气、固体废物、废水的产生量,提出了减缓环境影响的措施。无水氢氟酸生产过程产生的各大气污染物,经处理后可达标标排放;生产过程产生的废水经物化法处理,可达标排放;各设备噪声采取相应减震、减噪措施,厂界噪声可达标排放;固体废物可综合利用。 The Article introduces the technology for production of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid (AHF) by using fluorite powder and sulfuric acid as raw materials, quantitatively analyzes the discharge of exhaust emission, solid wastes and sewages, and proposes measures to mitigate the enviromnental impact. All air pollutants generated in the process of AHF production can reach the standard of discharge after treatment. Sewages generated in the production can reach the standard of discharge after being treated with physical - chemical method. Noise at boundary of industrial enterprises can reach the standard of discharge after corresponding measures for vibration and noise reduction are taken for various equipments. Solid wastes can be utilized comprehensively.
