摘要 为考察"萤石粉-硫酸"法制氢氟酸的反应机理,以便工程设计参考,进行了萤石粉与硫酸的反应实验,考察了反应条件对反应的影响。结果表明,加料方式对最终反应结果没有明显影响;增加酸量可加快反应速度,提高氟化钙转化率;温度越高,反应越充分;初期反应速度较快,随着时间的推移,反应速率迅速下降;萤石粉细度达到一定程度后,反应时间将大大缩短。根据上述结果,提出了氟化氢生产装置设计的一些建议。 The fluorite powder and sulfuric acid reaction experiments proceeded in order to investigating the reaction mechanism of fluorite powder and sulfuric acid to produce hydrofluoric acid for reference in engineering design.The influences of reaction conditions on reaction were investigated.The results showed that the feed methods had not obvious influence on final reaction results;acid quantity increased could speed up the reaction rate and increase the calcium fluoride conversion;the reaction was more sufficient with the higher temperature;initial reaction rate was high,but fell rapidly with the time;the reaction time was greatly shorten with the fluorite powder fineness to a certain degree.The suggestions about hydrogen fluoride production plant design were put forward according to the above results.
