摘要
韩国学前教师核心素养研究,以未来指向性和强化教师专业性为研究基调。在概念上遵循“素养—核心素养—学前教师核心素养”递进式研究路径。在强调素养个体内在特性和行动特性相统一的基础上,为应对学前教育特定境脉中的要求,基于未来指向性,提出了以“幼儿—教师”二元结构为基础,以提高教育质量,强化专业性为目的的学前教师核心素养综合能力体系概念。基于此,我国学前教师核心素养研究,首先应明晰以未来指向性和强化教师专业性为目的的学前教师核心素养概念和内涵;其次培养具备能够出色、有效地完成学前教师教育教学任务所具备的知识、技能、态度和价值观等个人内在特性;再次培养具备能够以有效方法整合和组织知识、技能、态度,体现学前教师特性和资质,发挥学前教师作用,并成功履行学前教师任务的行动特性;最后,在幼儿教育特定境脉中实现内在特性和行动特性的统一,提升学前教师核心素养与专业能力。
The research on the core competency of preschool teacher in South Korea is based on future-orientation and strengthening the professionalism of teacher.The concept research follows the progressive research approach of‘competency—core competency—core competency of preschool teacher’.The concept of comprehensive ability system of the core competency of early childhood teacher is on the basis of emphasizing the unity of the inner characteristics and action characteristics of the individual competency,which can meet the requirements of the specific context of early childhood education,based on the future directivity and the dual structure of‘child—teacher’,and with the purpose of improving the quality of education and strengthening the professionalism.So,the research on the core competency of preschool teacher in China should be carried out.Firstly,the concept and connotation of preschool teachers’core competency should be clearly defined for the purpose of future-oriented and strengthening teachers’professionalism.Secondly,outstanding and effective completion of preschool teacher education and teaching tasks with knowledge,skills,attitudes and values and other personal inherent characteristics should be cultivated.Thirdly,effective methods should be adopted to integrate and organize knowledge,skills,attitudes,reflect the characteristics and qualifications of preschool teacher,play the role of preschool teacher,and successfully perform the task of preschool teacher action characteristics.Finally,the unity of internal characteristics and action characteristics should be realized in the specific context of early childhood education,so as to improve the core competency and professional ability of preschool teacher.
