摘要
为了提升开放实验室的使用率,实验室在构建和优化过程中应该逐渐朝着网络化和开放性发展。管理手段也应该从原来的人工组织、登记转换成网上预约,基于“互联网+技术”研发出一套具有实用性的开放性实验室网上预约系统,应用该系统有助于提升管理和服务水平,师生可在网上直接查询实验室的使用情况,可提前进行预订,能够大幅度地提升实验室的利用率。
In order to increase the utilization rate of open laboratories,laboratories should gradually develop towards networking and openness in the process of construction and optimization.The management method should also be converted from the original manual organization and registration to online appointment.Based on the“Internet+technology”,a practical and open laboratory online appointment system has been developed.The application of this system will help improve the management and service level.You can directly inquire about the usage of the laboratory on the Internet,and you can make a reservation in advance,which can greatly improve the utilization rate of the laboratory.
