摘要
我国人口众多,每年毕业大学生900多万,等待就业的学生为经济社会的发展提出了较高要求。2020年以来,新冠疫情肆虐全球,世界经济增长乏力。中国经济也出现了停滞和摇摆倾向,给本来就具有巨大就业压力的劳务市场带来了新的压力。面对经济社会出现的新倾向,当代大学生就业意向和就业观念也出现了起伏和新的变化。第一,再学习、再深造的意愿非常强烈,但是条件不足。第二,就业观念不甚合理,而且具有同向价值。第三,就业恐惧感增加,就业准备不足。第四,普遍缺乏精确化的就业信息。第五,就业态度悲观,就业意向不强,对就业指导需求不高。文章主要通过对2021届应届毕业生就业意向进行归纳、总结和分析,针对当代大学生就业意向和就业观念出现的偏差,提出了有针对性的措施:加强学生就业目标培养,加强提供就业信息精准化,加强就业指导前置化工作,加强帮扶不同类别差异化,加强专业培养,提高学生综合素质和创新能力、树立学生正确的就业观,培养为人民服务的大学生。
China has a large population, with more than nine million college students graduating every year. Students waiting for employment put forward higher requirements for economic and social development. Since 2020, COVID-19 has been wreaking havoc on the world and the world economy is growing feeble. China’s economy has also shown a tendency of stagnation and swing, which has brought new pressure to the labor market, which already has great employment pressure. Facing the new tendency of economic society, the employment intention and employment concept of contemporary college students have also experienced ups and downs and new changes. First, the willingness to study and further study is very strong, but the conditions are insufficient. Second, the concept of employment is unreasonable and has the same value. Third, the fear of employment has increased and the preparation for employment is insufficient.Fourth, there is a general lack of accurate employment information. Fifth, the employment attitude is pessimistic, the employment intention is not strong, and the demand for employment guidance is not high. This paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the employment intention of 2021 fresh graduates, and puts forward targeted measures for the deviation of contemporary college students’ employment intention and employment concept: strengthening the cultivation of students’ employment objectives, strengthening the accuracy of providing employment information,strengthening the pre-work of employment guidance, strengthening the differentiation of different categories,strengthening professional training, improving students’ comprehensive quality and innovation ability, establish students’ correct outlook on employment and train college students to serve the people.
