摘要
为研究枯草芽孢杆菌、干酪乳杆菌及酿酒酵母联合发酵复合植物性饲料原料对育肥湖羊生长性能、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵的影响,试验选取78只体重[(17.73±0.11)kg]相近、健康状况良好的育肥湖羊随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复13只羊(均为公羔)。对照组饲喂全价颗粒饲粮,试验组在全价颗粒饲粮中添加2 kg/t发酵复合植物性饲料原料。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)及料肉比(F/G)差异均不显著(P>0.05)。(2)试验组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消化率分别极显著提高了4.58%和16.10%(P<0.01)。(3)试验组血清中球蛋白含量显著提高了29.20%(P<0.05)。(4)试验组瘤胃液pH极显著降低了4.43%(P<0.01);氨态氮(NH;-N)及异丁酸含量分别显著提高了67.63%和189.24%(P<0.05),其他指标对照组与试验组差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组瘤胃液淀粉酶、蛋白酶和纤维素酶活性分别极显著提高了109.03%、123.47%和140.89%(P<0.01)。综上所述,全价颗粒饲粮中添加复合植物性饲料原料能提高育肥湖羊对纤维的消化利用率,同时可以改善育肥湖羊的瘤胃发酵。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound plant feed materials fermented by Bacillus subtilis,Lactobacillus casei and Saccharomyces cerevisiae on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and rumen fermentation of fattening Hu sheep.Seventy-eight fattening Hu sheep with similar body weight[(17.73±0.11)kg]and good health were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 3 repetitions in each group and 13 sheep in each repetition.The control group was fed with complete formula granulated feed,and the experimental group was added with 2 kg/t fermented compound plant feed materials.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed to meat ratio of the experimental group had no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in the experimental group were significantly increased by 4.58%and 16.10%respectively(P<0.01).(3)The content of serum globulin in the experimental group was significantly increased by 29.20%(P<0.05).(4)The pH of rumen fluid in the experimental group was significantly decreased by 4.43%(P<0.01);The contents of ammonia nitrogen(NH;-N)and isobutyric acid were significantly increased by 67.63%and 189.24%respectively(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other indexes between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05);The amylase,protease and cellulase activity of rumen juice in the experimental group were significantly increased by 109.03%,123.47%and 140.89%respectively(P<0.01).In conclusion,the addition of compound plant feedstuff to the full price pellet diet could improve the digestibility and utilization of fiber and rumen fermentation of fattening Hu sheep.
