嘧霉胺对灰霉病菌抗性菌株胞外酶活性及芽管长度的影响

Influence of Pyrimethanil on the Activity of Ectoenzyme and the Length of Germ Tube Coming from Resistant-mutants of Tomato Gray Mold

摘要 用原色底物法分别测定灰葡萄孢菌经嘧霉胺药剂驯化后的菌株与驯化前原始野生菌株的胞外纤维素酶和果胶酶活力,并对各菌株孢子的萌发率及芽管长度进行测定,结果表明经嘧霉胺药剂驯化后的菌株较驯化前原始野生菌株的胞外酶活力及菌株孢子的萌发芽管长度均显著降低。 The activity of cellulose and pectin-degrading enzyme on domesticated and undomesticated bacterium of Botrytis cinerea Pers. by pyrimethanil was studied. The bourgeon rate of spore and the length of germ tube was studied also. The result showed that the activity of enzyme and the length of germ tube of domesticated mutants was lower than that of undomesticated mutants obviously.
