摘要
试验旨在研究全价颗粒饲料中添加不同比例脱绒全棉籽(DWC)对育肥羊养分消化率和肉品质的影响。选择24只8月龄左右、体重(20±0.5)kg的湖羊公羊,开展全收粪尿消化代谢试验,随机分为4组,分别饲喂不同DWC添加水平日粮(0%、5%、10%、15%)。预试期10 d,正试期5 d。结果表明:饲粮中添加DWC对干物质表观消化率并无显著影响,但添加比例达到10%和15%时,可以有效提高有机物和脂肪的表观消化率(P<0.05),添加比例为15%时还能提高能量的表观消化率和氮沉积率(P<0.05);从血液指标来看,添加DWC提高了谷草转氨酶含量(P<0.05),添加比例达到10%时还提高了谷丙转氨酶含量(P<0.05),但仍在正常范围;添加DWC对眼肌面积、滴水损失和肉色的影响均不显著,但添加比例高于10%后会增加蒸煮损失和剪切力(P<0.05)。可见,全价颗粒饲粮中适量添加DWC可以提高有机物、能量、粗蛋白质和脂肪的利用率,不会对羊只健康造成不利影响,但过多添加会降低纤维消化率及羊肉品质,建议育肥羊全价颗粒饲粮中DWC的适宜添加水平为10%左右,不宜高于15%。
The experiment aimed to study the effect of delinted whole cottonseed(DWC)added in priced pellet feed on the nutrient digestibility and meat quality of fattening sheep.Twenty-four Hu sheep rams about 8 months old and weighed(20±0.5)kg were selected and divided into 4 groups,fed with diets of different DWC adding level(0%,5%,10%,15%).The pre-feeding period of the experiment was 10 days and the official period was 5 days.Results showed that the addition of DWC had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of dry matter,but when the addition ratio reached 10%and 15%,it can effectively improve the apparent digestibility of the organic matter and fat(P<0.05),when the addition ratio reached 15%,it can further improved the apparent digestibility of energy and nitrogen deposition rate(P<0.05);As for the blood indicators,the addition of DWC significantly increased the content of aspartate aminotransferase(P<0.05),when the addition ratio reached 10%,the content of alanine aminotransferase was also significantly increased(P<0.05),but they were still in the normal range;The DWC had no significant effect on eye muscle area,drip loss and flesh color(P>0.05),but adding more than 10%would significantly increase the cooking loss and shear force(P<0.05).We concluded that adding proper amount of DWC in priced pellet feed could improve the utilization of nutrition such as organic matter,energy,crude protein and fat,and would not adversely affect the health of sheep,but excessive addition should reduce its fiber digestibility and meat quality.It was recommended that the appropriate addition level of DWC in priced pellet feed for sheep was about 10%,and should not be higher than 15%.
