摘要
目的:探讨具有生殖毒性的中药毒性成分。方法:通过检索文献,对所记载的具有生殖毒性中药毒性成分进行归纳、整理和分析。结果:具有生殖毒性中药的毒性成分主要为生物碱、苷类、毒蛋白、动物毒素、酚类和重金属等。结论:应加强中药生殖毒性的宣传,合理使用中药,尽量避免或减少生殖毒性的发生。
Objective：To summarize the recent reseach state on toxic ingredients of Chinese Herbal medicine with reproductive toxicity.Methods：Literature about toxic ingredients of Chinese Herbal medicine with reproductive toxicity was reviewed.Results：The main ingredients with reproductive toxicity are alkaloids,glycosides,toxoprotein,animal toxins,phenols,heavy metals etc.Conclusions：We should publicize the reproductive toxicity of Chinese herbal medicine and avoid it in clinic as much as possible.
