荞麦秸秆饲粮中添加过瘤胃赖氨酸对滩羊血清生化指标、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:9

摘要 本试验旨在研究荞麦秸秆饲粮中添加过瘤胃赖氨酸(RPLys)对滩羊血清生化指标、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选用20只体重相近、健康无病的5月龄宁夏滩羊羯羊,随机分为5组,每组4只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加2.5、5.0、7.5、10.0 g/d RPLys。预试期15 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)第30天时,各试验组血清总蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第60天时,试验Ⅰ组血清总蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)第15、30天时,试验Ⅱ组血清尿素氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);第60天时,各试验组血清尿素氮含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)第45天时,试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第60天时,试验Ⅳ组血清葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。4)对照组和试验Ⅲ组的胴体净肉率显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组的胴体脂肪重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。5)各试验组的失水率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组的肉色黄度和亮度值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅳ组的熟肉率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的羊肉粗脂肪含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组的羊肉粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,荞麦秸秆饲粮中添加RPLys能够降低羊肉失水率,并可在一定程度上改善滩羊血清生化指标。本试验条件下,荞麦秸秆饲粮中RPLys的适宜添加量为7.5 g/d。 The objective of the present experiment was to determine the effects of buckwheat straw diet supplemented with rumen-protected lysine(RPLys)on serum biochemical indexes,slaughter performance and meat quality of Tan sheep.Twenty healthy five-month-old Ningxia Tan sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 sheep in each group.Sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet,while sheep in trial groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣwere fed the basal diets supplemented with 2.5,5.0,7.5 and 10.0 g/d RPLys,respectively.The preparation period was 15 days,and the formal experiment period was 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)on day 30,the serum total protein content of each trial groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);on day 60,the serum total protein content of trial groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)On days 15 and 30,the serum urea nitrogen content of trial groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);on day 60,the serum urea nitrogen content of each trial groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)On day 45,the serum glucose content of trial groupsⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);on day 60,the serum glucose content of trial groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of control group and trial groupⅡ(P<0.05).4)The carcass net meat percentage of control group and trial groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of trial groupⅣ(P<0.05),and the carcass fat weight of trial groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).5)The water loss rate of each trial groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the values of yellowness and brightness of meat color of trial groupⅣwere significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the cooked meat rate of trial groupsⅠandⅣwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the shear force of trial groupsⅡandⅢwas
