基于褪黑素调节水通道蛋白探讨“肺应秋、主通调水道”的物质基础 被引量:2

摘要 “藏象学说”是中医基础理论的核心。目前关于“藏象学说”本质的研究虽然积累了大量资料,但仍未取得突破性进展。对于其研究,必须从时间节律角度入手才能抓住人体内部脏腑“应时而变”整体调控功能的本质规律。松果腺是“五脏应时”“天人相应”理论的中介,通过感受外界环境四季变化相应分泌不同含量褪黑素。本文提出水通道蛋白-1(water channel aquaporin-1,AQP1)的生理作用,其随季节发生的表达变化与褪黑素密切相关,可以作为深入研究“肺应秋、主通调水道”理论的切入点,并从ERK细胞信号转导角度初步探讨“肺应秋、主通调水道”的现代科学内涵,提示肺组织中ERK相关通路的异常转导所导致的蛋白季节性差异表达可能是秋季慢性肺系疾病发病的内在病理生理基础,同时结合中医经典中的“五脏应时”理论、时间医学等进行交叉探讨,为现代生命科学、中医学藏象本质的进一步研究奠定基础。 The“theory of Zang-Xiang”is the core of the basic theory of TCM.At present,although a large amount of data has been accumulated in the essential research on the“theory of Zang-Xiang”,no breakthrough has been made yet.For the study of the nature of Tibetan images,we should start from the perspectives of time rhythm in order to grasp the essential law of the overall regulation function of the internal organs of the human body that“change with the time”.The pineal gland is the intermediary of the theories of“five internal organs respond to the season”and“correspondence between man and nature”.It secretes different levels of melatonin by sensing the seasonal changes in the external environment.This paper proposes the physiological role of AQP1,and its expression changed with seasons are closely related to melatonin,which can be used as an entry point for in-depth research on the theory of“lung responds to autumn and regulates water channels”,and preliminarily discusses from the perspective of ERK cell signal transduction.The modern scientific connotation of“lung responds to autumn and regulates water channels”suggests that the seasonal differential expression of proteins caused by abnormal transduction of ERK-related pathways in lung tissues may be the intrinsic pathophysiological basis for the pathogenesis of chronic lung diseases in autumn.Cross-discussion on the theory of“five viscera in response to time”and chrono-medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine will lay a foundation for further research on modern life sciences and the nature of Tibetan images in traditional Chinese medicine.
