基于肠道菌群对能量代谢的季节性调控探讨“脾应长夏”的现代理论内涵 被引量:6

摘要 “脾应长夏”是脾的生理特性之一,主要反映的是脾运化水液功能顺应自然界春生、夏长、长夏化、秋收、冬藏的阴阳盛衰变化节律,主要表现为在长夏时节,脾运化水液的能力增强,以排出水湿,如果脾虚则易湿邪困脾而腹泻。现代研究发现,反映脾运化水液功能的肠道水通道蛋白(aquaporins,AQPs)在长夏呈特征性高表达。“脾应长夏”主要表现为长夏时节肠道运输水液的能力增强,这与肠道菌群的季节适应性变化相关,即长夏肠道中参与代谢短链脂肪酸的菌群增多,促进了线粒体脂肪酸β-氧化,产出较多的三磷酸腺苷,并通过腺苷酸环化酶/环磷酸腺苷/蛋白激酶A途径实现了对肠道AQPs的调控。 "Spleen Governing in Zhangxia"is one of the physiological characteristics of the Spleen.It mainly reflects the function of the Spleen Yunhua conforms to the rhythm of the rise and fall of Yin and Yang in spring,summer,Zhang summer,autumn and winter storage in nature.In the Zhang summer season,the ability of the Spleen to transport water is enhanced to expel the Water and Dampness.If the Spleen is weak,it is easily become wet and then induces diarrhea.Modern studies have found that intestinal aquaporins(AQPs),which reflect the function of the Spleen transport fluid,are characteristically highly expressed in Zhang summer."Spleen corresponding Zhang summer"is mainly manifested by the increased ability of the intestinal to transport water in the Zhang summer season,which is related to the seasonal adaptability of the intestinal flora,that is,the number of bacteria involved in the metabolism of short-chain fatty acids in the Zhang summer intestine increases.It promotesβ-oxidation of mitochondrial fatty acids,produces more adenosine triphosphate,and regulates intestinal AQPs through the adenylate cyclase/cyclic adenosine monophosphate/protein kinase A pathway.
