摘要
对肾主水及其季节变化规律进行探讨,并结合现代分子生物学分析肾主水的季节变化的物质基础,从中医与西医两方面来佐证肾主水的季节性变化规律。从中医肾主水理论与机体体液调节机制的生理学理论,从褪黑素、抗利尿激素水平、水通道蛋白变化、肾脏与体液调节的关系5个方面出发,探讨肾主水的季节节律性与褪黑素、抗利尿激素、水通道蛋白之间的相关性,揭示中医学"五脏应时"理论的物质基础,并为"五脏应时"理论提供现代科学依据和新的研究思路。
This paper mainly discusses the changes of the kidney controlling water and seasonal, material basis and combined with seasonal changes in modern molecular biology analysis of kidney water, seasonal variation in support of the kidney controlling water from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine. This article from the Chinese medicine theory of the kidney controlling water physiological and humoral regulation mechanism theory, five aspects from the relationship between melatonin and antidiuretic hormone, water channel protein changes, renal and hmnoral regulation of kidney and investigate the correlation between water and seasonal rhythm of melatonin, antidiuretic hormone, water channel protein. ＂The five internal organs should reveal the material basis of＂ theory of Chinese medicine, and ＂five should＂ theory provide modern scientific basis and new research ideas.
