摘要
在当今社会,生活水平日益提高,人们对饮食的要求也越来越高。其中氮污染是造成水体富营养化、酸雨等环境问题的重要原因之一。总氮是评价水质标准的重要指标之一。本文以探究总氮实验影响因素为目的,通过展开碱性过硫酸钾消解-紫外分光光度法实验,辨析在实验过程中存在水质、试剂、实验环境、消解时间等多种因素的影响使得测定空白值偏高,在分析的过程中提出意见和建议,在实验数据的支持下,以此为更多的检测人员提供参考和借鉴。
In today’s society, living standards are improving day by day, people’s dietary requirements are getting higher and higher. A mong them, nitrogen pollution is one of the important reasons for environmental problems such as water eutrophication and acid rain. Total nitrogen is one of the important indicators for evaluating water quality standards. The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors of total nitrogen experiment. By carrying out the alkaline potassium persulfate digestion-ultraviolet spectrophotometry experiment, it was identified that the influence of various factors such as water quality, reagents, experimental environment, and digestion time during the experiment made the determination blank value high. In the process of analysis, we put forward opinions and suggestions,and with the support of experimental data, we can provide reference and reference for more testing personnel.
